Varjaka Manor Facilities
The mansion is suitable for up to 100 guests.
The main building of Varjakan Manor is the captain’s house. Captain´s house is Ostrobothnian rustic style manor with its traditional register stove. The Captain’s House premises creates an atmospheric setting for example, wedding and birthday parties. There is a wifi connection in Varjaka Manor.
The Pavilion is suitable for up to 150 guests.
The pavilion is a new building in Varjakan Manor which is located right next to the captain’s house. The Pavilion is spacious and easily customizable space, which is perfect for celebrating different types of events during the summer. The Pavilion has a Stage and one power current plug option for band instruments. There are also large opening doors that open onto the middle yard.
The Beach Sauna
The beach sauna is suitable for up to 10 guests.
The manor’s beach sauna is a traditional wooden sauna, the sauna is located right on the seafront. The beach sauna has a wood-burning stove, shower, dressing room and terrace. After the sauna you can go for a swim in the sea for example.
Rent of premises
Rent of premises includes: dishes, tablecloths for one place setting and final cleaning. Possible one-day bookings on September and May weekends by agreement. AaltoCatering is responsible for catering services at Varjakka Manor. All prices quoted include VAT.
Captain’s House and Pavilion
- On weekdays:
Monday to Thursday, 300 € / day
from Friday to Sunday, 1600 €
- Short weekend:
from Saturday to Sunday, 1000 €
Varjakan Manor Meeting Packages:
Minimum invoicing 10 people !
- Half-Day Package: 45 € / person
Include: Bread + meeting coffee, Lunch, Afternoon coffee + pastry.
- Full Day Package: € 65 / person
Include: Bread + meeting coffee, Lunch, Afternoon coffee + pastry and dinner.
- Beach Sauna: 200 €
Additional: towel rental: 5 €/person
Rental of premises without catering services only by agreement.
Catering orders in Varjakka Manor are provided by AaltoCatering catering service only.
